Hi I have a problem with my Renault Megane II (2004) Carminat Radio. Here are my numbers (don't know if it is what it should be ): 1498.665, A-2003, 8200299536. Thanks in advance

The radio has to be removed from the dashboard

Then quote the 14 character SERIAL NUMBER found stamped in the metal casing.

Also quote the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

If in doubt post ALL the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes

Just changed a dead battery on my Laguna, and been given the wrong code by the previous owner.

I also changed my battery on my Renault Grand Scenic 2005 now the radio is looking for a code (four digit) that I don't have as I'm not the first owner.

I have taken the two photos from the behind the radio (CD). Car also has navigation in it.
