I also changed my battery on my Renault Grand Scenic 2005 now the radio is looking for a code (four digit) that I don't have as I'm not the first owner.

I have taken the two photos from the behind the radio (CD). Car also has navigation in it.

Yes that is a 6cd changer, but also a radio.
I have also looked under back seat, trunk, .....nothing that could remotly look like radio.

But I do have a GPS unit under front passanger seat, and it has this sticker on it.

This is an Renault ALPINE radio and the code cannot be calculated in the normal Renault Precode Calculator.

Main Dealer or Radio Decoding Service only.

It will not be available for free from anywhere on the Internet

I got the code today on Renault service. Code was 6085.

The radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

First remove the radio from the dashboard.

Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes or stamped in the metal casing.

This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated
