Install Rocker is very easy, go to Rocker site and make this:

Remove this driver for Box "JCOP 41 Smart Card driver"
Install this driver in computer, after connect with a good USB
cable Rocker to any USB port computer. (Not in any UHB).
the process is easy, when driver find Box install this in system.
This is the first step, Second step, download this file
"Rocker Dongle Support Access"
Double Click in this file and run, you see one picture with two
options. Chose Second option (Access Link
support area) If drivers and Rocker is installed correct, you see:
in picture Found card:3DE2-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Click in
access and Voila! You are in Rocker Support. Here you can
Download all files you need for Rocker. You only need install one
File, Drivers.Thats all.

Lhave done that 100 times when l open support access it says found dongale id no xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx but when click access on the bottom option l get your id is not found in the data bass contact retailer. When are you on line so you can remot access my pc and do it for me .l am also use vista

l was using the dongle a week ago and unlocked about 8 phones with no problem . one day l had problem when l connected to pc so l delleted all the programs and drivers hoping to re install newly but then l had this problem lv installed the drivers
l downloaded the support access file l inserted the dongale. it sad dongale found installing drivers installation good.
l then ran support access. it opens with the two options. l clicked the bottom one it says your id not in the data base contact your resailer.

Hello! Rocker work in vista without any problem.
But in my opinion is better windows XP SP3, is
the best for all Box's.Mark Second Option in the
program?

Make this:uninstall all Rocker Programs and Drivers.
Install driver JCOP 41 Smart Card driver and connect
Rocker with a good USB cable to Computer (Not at any
HUB) After Run Rocker Dongle Support Access, I think
with this you solve problem.
