You only need go to:

Remove Correct Driver for Box"JCOP 41 Smart Card driver"
or "Rocker Box FTDI Driver" +"Rocker Dongle Support Access"
After install this go to Rocker Dongle support and download
all Programs to Rocker and Drivers. But if you don't know I
can try help you by remote control. for this download this
program:"TEAMVIEWER" from this link
I just bought a 2002 renault clio but I was not given cassette radio code. - Unlock Forum - RIFF Box support forum
Install in computer, open, put here your MSN contact and send
ID and Password.I install rocker for you.For install Rocker you don't
need any credits,only for LG Rocker or Sagem you need credits or full
Activation.

same situation.Go to:Link
Download Driver for your Box.I think is JCOP
and install in Computer, after connect Rocker
and Download Rocker Dongle Support Access
Is only this. In Rocker support download all
Files,ODM Rocker, Samsung Rocker Etc.
