Friend!Ok you have one Reseller in usa, I never buy anything
to this Reseller , but know is honest.I buy in Ipmart Malaysia.
I never have any Problem with any Box.About instalation buy
Box and after I or another member help you in installation.Is
Not difficult, you only need install Driver and access to Support
and all is ok. But if you don't can install I can help you.

lm back with my problem l installed my dongle and was working fine one day l tried it and it said the dongle id is not in the data bass and l wrote to i-pmart who advised me to write to you. if l install the installation pakage and go to the support l get the same massage your ld is not in the data bass how can l solve this problem. and why did this problem take place ,l have about 7 boxs installed on this computer could it be some conflecting program please help

Without Rocker you don't have access to Rocker Support, Rocker
is not only Software and is noto Free.

Hello!Friend!You have any Problem in Card.Is not any conflit
with anothers Box's.If you go to Rocker Support and you see
"Your Id is not in data base"have any problem with regist or
with card.If you can send me a picture of Rocker Support, I
Try solve problem.

Install Rocker is very easy,go to Rocker site and make this:

Remove Correct Driver for Box"JCOP 41 Smart Card driver"
Install this driver in computer, after connect Rocker and only
need download this file "Rocker Dongle Support Access"
After install this go to Rocker Dongle support and download
all Programs to Rocker and Drivers. But if you don't know I
can try help you by remote control.Any Problem with install
