I recived a V360v dead hwo shows in rocker Sblank Neptune LTE2.
I try to flash but didn't work.
What are the steps to repair this phone?

1. Press "Backup" button
2. Select "Restore fullflash" and press "execute"
3. Select V360 full backup from support
4. Press "Disconnect"
5. Enter bootloader mode manually
6. Press "Repair" and follow instructions.
If You get any problem - please report here on what step, and what error hapens.Comment

I do as you said, but after write full backup i can't put the the phone in bootloader mode because after i press *#power enter in sblank neptune lte2 and the display remain blank.Anyway i press repair, rocker sais repair ok but the phone remain in Sblank neptune lte2. Maybe it's hardware failure because the phone comes with metalic shield removed, maybe somebody try to unlock.Originally posted by legija View Post
