Help V360v dead

I recived a V360v dead hwo shows in rocker Sblank Neptune LTE2.
I try to flash but didn't work.
What are the steps to repair this phone?

Friend! Turn on in test mode * # power and
just flash phone with full flash.
If dont Result you need Flash with TP.

Thanks for answer, but the phone have black on lcd. I can't put the phone in flash mode, because when i put the battery goes in sblank neptune lte2.
My question is what can I do first, because flash didn't work.
I make repair and nothing, then full flash. Rocker make the flash but after the phone is in sblank neptune lte2.

2. Select "Restore fullflash" and press "execute"
3. Select V360 full backup from support
4. Press "Disconnect"
5. Enter bootloader mode manually
6. Press "Repair" and follow instructions.

If You get any problem - please report here on what step, and what error hapens.

I do as you said, but after write full backup i can't put the the phone in bootloader mode because after i press *#power enter in sblank neptune lte2 and the display remain blank.Anyway i press repair, rocker sais repair ok but the phone remain in Sblank neptune lte2. Maybe it's hardware failure because the phone comes with metalic shield removed, maybe somebody try to unlock.

In that case its hw prob, check PCB with microscope and try to clean it.
