This phone after an unsuccessful reduction of the firmware crashed into USB port 1.0. There are no ways to fix it. Apparently, when lowering the firmware, the bootloader is damaged. Is it possible to restore the bootloader by a riff?

if I supply power VCC end VCCQ from the box the memory is allocated, but when trying to recover it gives a message

and if you do not feed from the box VCC end VCCQ, and if you connect a USB cable, the memory is not allocated

but the memory is allocated a volume of only 31 MB. Does this indicate a chip failure?Attached Files
