BUT the stereo is locked when i buy it, i do not have the code as it was a 2nd hand purchase.

If you have tried everything we suggested then there is NO FREE ANSWER left because your radio is fully locked

It can only be reset by taking it into a Radio Decoding Service ....and paying their bill!

Alternatively buy another radio with a working code
