Renault scenic radio code needed

HI, I recently bought a renault scenic 2002, it didn't come with any special paperwork. I replaced the battery in it and it's now asking for a code for the radio, I would prefer not to take the radio out if possible. I have the vin number it is the original radio for this vehicle if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You must remove the radio and give us all the references are on labels and engraved on the metallic housing

So where would I get a "Din style release key"?

Also, when I turn the radio on, I have tried pushing the correct button to make it show "0000" but it only beeps at me and still shows "code"

6 or 5 button for 10 s? I was told that once all 0's showed to use the dial on the steering wheel to get all 4 to the desired numbers, then when i got to the last number hold the button on the bottom (below the dial) for 10 s?
