6 or 5 button for 10 s? I was told to press that once all 0's showed to use the dial on the steering wheel to get all 4 to the desired numbers, then when i got to the last number hold the button on the bottom (below the dial) for 10 s?

Also, when I turn the radio on, I have tried pushing the correct button to make it show "0000" but it only beeps at me and still shows "code"

You must remove the radio and give us all the references are on labels and engraved on the metallic housing
To help you remove the radio.

I replaced the battery in it and it's now asking for a code for the radio, I would prefer not to take the radio out if possible. I have the vin number it is the original radio for this vehicle if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
