I contacted the main dealer and he told me the price had risen to £30 due to all the records for older radios being put into an archive, It wouldnt be to bad but its the stock radio that came with the car.

I wanted a new radio next year, might buy it earlier than i wanted.

It should be much cheaper elsewhere. (Less than £10 perhaps)

Try one of the Radio Decode Specialists on Ebay or via a Google search.

Or even one of your local radio or mobile shops.

Hi I bought a new car. The previous owner detached his Navi-radio but gave me 2 of his old radios both of which require a security code, which he does not know anymore. Can you give me the code for at least one of the followings??? thx in advance

Sorry...For security reasons I only answer single code requests for personal use only.

This is because multiple requests ... ...despite any plausible explanations given ...........normally originate from folk who may be car radio thieves, traders or those who make money by using this free information .

Thank you for the answer. I can understand your circumspection and I aprreciate it. But please dont punish me since I got 2 old radios from the previous owner of the car! Assuming that you are familiar with car radios, it should be clear that one cannot sell such old radios even for 5€ nowadays. So please be rational and trust what I say.

By the way, if those were stolen and I wanted to make a "profit" with these radios, I could have logged in under different user names and misuse your benevolence. I already read in the forum that you do not respond to multiple requests. But I even do not know if any of the two radios functions properly.

So once again I appeal for the code for the following radio.
