can't active emmc plugin [Solved by downloading updates]

when i press active plugin button error like this

after active emmc on riffbox 1
can i use jtag isp adapter from MOORC(like pic) or i must buy adapter RC1000?

That adapter should work too.
For ISP /eMMC/SD connect cable to RJ45 port, and micro USB cable to adapter. USB cable must be connected to same PC where RIFF Box is connected, and not to charger or external source.
This is very important because of static discharges and potential difference, any of those can kill device or box.
