Cannot Access Turbo Support

I just bought a RockerDongle from unofficial reseller here but he bought it from one of your authorized dealers..dongle was already activated...dongle client worked once but now has 4 slots..all with unlimited..i tried to activate the last one by pressing Activate but its just stuck at connecting to network and never finished...is this ip controll? if so how can i fix it?

if you have some firewall antivirus e.t.c. disable this.
and try from other PC.
donge not ip or PC locked.
you can use this dongle without PC or IP restriction.

is that mean only can access to turbo-support for 65535 times ? :P

i cant log to the turbo support site.even software its says

Your dongle is not activated to access Turbo Support.
To activate it, run Dongle Client from "Turbo Support Setup"
And activate counter on last slot.
