Samsung rocker latest version asking for string.

Tried installing it on 2 different clean WinXP computers but it's the same problem MotoRocker works fine, Samsung rocker latest version asking for string.

You have anything wrong in computer.If you have your card activate
and can go to support and open Moto Rocker,ODM Rocker and all
Programs for Rocker, last Samsung version open, because is free.
One think? you have AVG in Computer?

Hello Friend!I think is better you put here one picture of your
Rocker in Support (Rocker support, not Turbo-Support) You tell
in post #2 this
My rocker came with activation which will expire march 2010.
If your Rocker have this date in suppor you don't need activate
again.You can activate for more one Year, but is same sutuation.
we hare in 2009.Your activation finish in 2010 This is not anything
with activation.Is other Problem.You can put pictures of Counter
and support here?Is better for Help and solve this.

If I click on any of the counters and click the activate button it says "Access denied" I just used my RockerDongle for the first time on May 2nd 2009 and the expiration date is 2009-05-02

Hello Billa!If you have acivate Rocker this year Rocker expire
only in 2010.I think you activate Rocker in 02-05-2008.If you
only have used in 2nd 2009 is same situation, Account have
0ne Year free,use or not use Rocker.Now you need buy new
acivation, because this is finish in 2009-05-02.Only this.

"CardID: 752CB7771F4D75E4; Expires on: 2010-05-02"

So I shouldn't have to buy another renewal, please fix it.

Hello!Is correct License is ok. Is not any problem with this.
I think you have any program or anything wrong in your
computer.Wath is antivirus you have in this computer? AVG?

Hello!When you open Samsung Rocker doesn't him ask
to introduce String?If is this you try any time copy this
string and put in Samsung Rocker? This string is not for
activate any account, but only for activate any program.
Or Rocker LG (If you buy fuul activation) or for free credits
(if you buy any new Rocker) if is not any this case put this
String in Samsung Rocker.

I am not interested in using the samsung software. I have nspro for samsung.My problem is using the motorocker to unlock motorola- I have had this counter expired, renew lisense for over a month now. If you can solve this problem for me by remote, I will apprecate very much.

This problem is only when you try unlock any phone with Moto Rocker.
Program open without any problem only appers this message when
you try unlock any phone in Moto Rocker.If is this you have any problem
with card.I don't know this situation.Account is ok.Only if you have any
program in conflict or antivirus.Online I don't can help you in this situation.
I think you can try install Rocker in another Computer and test all this
situation.If you have same results you need contact with Legija.But in my
opinion I think you can try in another computer.I think is anything in your
computer don't is correct.
If you can try I think is best solution for finish with this.Samsung don't open
ask for String.Samsung is Free and your account is ok.Moto Rocker have this
Problem.Try in another Computer and i think all Work.
