riff box not able to use

Hi, to all i have a problem with my riff box i have try to connect to a huawei y300 0151 i have follow all instrucction from riff box web site and all i get is these 2 message

first:
Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.37, JTAG Manager Version: 1.56
Selected Package: [Huawei Y300-0151 V1.01 by <legija>]

Connecting to the dead body...FAILED
ERROR: No response from the RIFF Box.

i have try solution posted by riff box
and still not working
please any solution will be more than welcome

Please go to JTAG Read/Write TAB and click "Analyze JTAG Chain" and post output here.

1) disconect-conect box 2)if you use external power (vbat) first conect phone to power after conct phone to box

did all steps but not working

Only thing You can try is to reinstall driver. If You have "No response" from box even without any device connected, it can be driver issue, or damaged box hw.
