why no one help i coudn't update my box; always connecting , i used a vpn and another error come , i did evrything and can't update

VPN can only help if Your main ISP didn't blocked ports.
You have to understand that some ISP-s simply block some traffic for whatever reason.
If You can, please try another ISP.

Of course, You have to make sure that RIFF JTAG Manager is added to exceptions lists, both to Firewall and AV.

Licensing server works over TCP port 80 (Same as webservers), and in case that Your ISP runs webserver on gateway or there is any other restriction, it will not work.
