Update Firmware

I am attempting to update the Firmware on my Riffbox however I keep getting an error which reads as follows: Firmware Upgrade operation failed!!! ERROR: No response from the RIFF Box. Can someone provide me with guidance so that I am able to upgrade the box. Thank you.

Which box version You have and what is driver version currently installed (update port driver) ?

I have the RIFF BOX 2. Current Version is 1.76

Bro,

Check drivers
Open device manager
Start updating Riff box
Now take a look on update port created during update procedure...give path manually from Riff jtag manager.

Tried this. Still not working. Is there a way to uninstall JTAG Manager and then reinstall everything again.

Fault is absolutely not from jtag manager
Its driver only

Update: So I'm not sure what I did but it seems to be working. Thanks for all of your help an input.
