What exactly You were doing, step by step ?

I run the RiffBoxDealerAdminClient, enter login and pass wich it gived to me GSMSERVER,
try to check - "Owm Account Status" and have follow:

Connecting to the Server...ERROR
ERROR: Access Denied - Login or Password is incorrect.

I see that account is there, with 60 credits. I cannot see or edit Your password, though.


Most probably You either copied password with some error, or it got partially lost in e-mail client (sometimes characters get lost in conversion).
Ask gsmserver support to send You login details in txt file.

I mean - Connecting to the Server...ERROR - is that problem with connections or it's problem wrong login\pass?

Error on server is "wrong password supplied".

Well, the seller give me twice the same login\password. Only with seller can be solved problem?
