Hi,
During next few days, both download server and torrent tracker server seedboxes will be offline.

When You click "Check For Updates" You'll have this error message:

Connecting to the Updates Server...ERROR
ERROR: Couldn't connect to the Updates Server. Try again later.

We're changing server hardware and process will take few days.

Licensing server is on, and for urgent requests You can ask for specific DLL or PKG in this thread, I'll upload it here.

Both servers are up from now on. It may take some time for DNS to propagate, if You experience any problems You can manually edit HOSTS file with following IP-s:

Riff License Server:

93.191.132.28  runner.riffbox.org

RIFF File Download Server:

136.243.24.91  www.riffbox.org
136.243.24.91 ftp.riffbox.org
136.243.24.91 faq.riffbox.org

There is nothing wrong with servers at the moment.

You should check instructions from here:
RIFF JTAG Box FAQ - How to register RIFF Box and Update Firmware

Also, please note that some ISP-s blocking access to RIFF server (for unknown reasons), mostly from Islamic countries such as Jordan, KSA, UAE, Brunei, etc.
To overcome this problem, You should use VPN.

Of course, first thing to do is to add RIFF software to both firewall and antivirus exceptions lists.

I am trying to connect my box to the server but it continues saying authenticating and then a message pops up....verification request is already queued. Please help. I am happy to provide any other info.
