What exactly You'd like to do ? To my knowledge it's not possible to kill bootloader in iPhone 5s
    ...
We do have sample board already, and made some tests, but JTAG port access is too complicated for average user.

          how to reprogramm it then?

as i think of it: if i exchange the baseband chip, i would need to flash/programm it, right?
how to do this? And WHAT to flash on it? Because if i look here: Baseband Device - The iPhone Wiki
It says beside the IMEI it needs a NCK token, IMEI signature and Locks table

how would i get them? especially because the data on the chip is totally lost..

Or is a "original replacement chip for iPhone 5" already pre-flashed with valid data?

EDIT: okay, OTP explaines this, sorry - as a OTP-Chip should ship already pre-programmed but i need to know if a iPhone 5 chip is suitable, as it seems there are no iPhone 5S one's available..

And is the iPhone 5 baseband chip suitable for the iPhone 5S?
As its the same chip (Qualcomm MDM9615M)?!

Alot of questions, i know, but i hope you guys can help me out

okay, i took a deeper look on the iPhone 5S now - it has kinda changed since i last messed with its guts
and what i really need to do, is get into the NAND, and read/write to/from it
i don't mind desoldering some chips if it's needed, it would be nice if you could
provide the connection points, DccLoader and other needed info

if you wish, we can do this via private message

You're welcome oblio if its that uncomfortable to access jtag on the iP 5 s, would you have IR cameras to track down possible alternate connection pins?
