plz help need to register riffbox

hi i am new on riffbox i want to register it but dunno how
i click on register riffbox but only one msg appear

connecting to the update server......

i can download all updates but can't register the box plz need helpppppp

You did exactly what ? Something must happen, and if You followed all advises it would be okay.

i did what written on the guide but still said

connecting to server....... but can't register
msg : the firmware of box is 1.35
the firmware must be 1.37
or a msg u must register the jtag manager
