This procedure cannot be used,
the phone changes mode after it is turned on in about 10 seconds

I'm not much into these things, but most probably this should be gone after flashing with combination file.

Not sure.

There must be simple way, Samsung phones can be accessed via UART as they use it for service things like this.
Check samsung unlock boxes, maybe some have support for this problem already.


Otherwise erasing system, cache and hidden partitions via ISP could do the job.

It says that eng EFS is required (Samsung have such files for service purpose).


Can You read 1GB backup from user area and upload somewhere ? I'll take look.

Yes.
Untick auto fullflash, for start address enter 0x0, for data length click blue arrow and select 1GB.
Click read emmc, and wait until its finished, then click save.
