Please download attached riffpkg file, save it to "RepairPacks" folder and restart JTAG Manager.


Connect phone in EDL mode (9008) select BQ Aquarius X and click "Check Memory".


Otherwise we can try ISP option, for that You'll need to cut out red circled part of shield and take hi res photo, so I can prepare pinout.

Your phone is dead ? If phone is dead it must enter EDL automatically, otherwise it's not dead.

I'm sorry, it's not possible in my case. I try to restart the memory because the bootloader is inaccessible, like the fastboot or any recovery mode. Because of that I need to do it in ISP mode, the phone turns on well, but by a software called Encrochat is limiting it to start in the aforementioned modes. Will it be possible through ISP to rewrite these files? And thus be able to start in fastboot mode and be able to restore it?
Can I think of something else, in what way can I get the phone to be in EDL mode? Can I force a brick?
This mobile has me very busy, therefore, whatever I can collaborate with you, be sure I am willing to do it.

Please download bellow repair pack, save it to "RepairPacks" folder.


To enter EDL mode, short DAT0 to GND and insert USB Cable. Shorting CMD will also force EDL.


First try USB pkg from previous post - enter EDL, click "Check Memory". If all is okay, You should read full dump as I badly need encrochat device dump.


There is also ISP pinout, I did not tested it myself but got it from reliable source. Should work I hope.

By means of USB pkg: It does not enter in EDL mode, nor short-circuiting DAT0 or CMD to GND. All I got was the notification LED blinking in red, Will it be the same if I make an ISP connection?

Have You disconnected the battery ?

EDL should be forced if DAT0 is shorted during boot.


You can try connecting via ISP, I'm not 100% sure pinout is correct but thats the only one available now.
