      You need change Boot config

      ExtCSD Register Fields ............... [177] = 0x00, [179] = 0x48, [162] = 0x01

      MTK CPU Boot Config - [177] = 0x00, [179] = 0x48, [162] = 0x01

Yes, boot partition 2 is empty and it's set as boot for some reason.
I never saw device to boot such way.

As for tft file - i presume its firmware, not sure but Sony always encrypted firmwares, if there is way to decrypt it then it should be simple to build repair pack.

After downloading firmware, I see that tft file is PK archive, and can be extracted with any zip format supporting software. 7zip did it here.

*sin files seems to be with added signature headers, not encrypted but some manual work with hex editor is due.

It would help if I have 512MB from user area, just to be sure on mbr/gpt position.

Looks like unstable connection, so try setting VCCIO to 2.0v and read again.

Ok, very good. Now - You should write those ext_csd fields as advised by @Black-Micron.
eMMC/SD Access > Advanced > Read info -> select field > edit value -> write

Yes, flash with USB. But also not bad idea to save backups of ext csd (emmc info), boot partition1 and user area 1GB.
