Riff box error,need help

good day sir ..i have purchased riif box long time ago and didnt used for about 5months.And now i have here a phone that is deadboot thats why i installed riff box.And here's the problem.After installing riff box ,it asks for my account,and enter it correctly,but it says error thats why i recover my password.after recovering my new password.it says okey but when i tried to log in-always comes this error

Your probably entered wrong username.
Check the email from server, it contains correct username.
