Hi, I bought Riff Box 2 from my Polish reseller (Akcesoria Serwisowe GSM do Telefonów Komórkowych, Smartfonów i Tabletów - Multi-Com.pl) and I can't register my account on Turbo Support . While registering new account a message pops up that my serial number is not in the database:
"This serial number is not not yet in database. Don't panic, it may need few days for databases to synchronise.
Please contact support if You think it's urgent"
Can you help me somehow? Looking forward to your response.
