Hello dear users!
We have created this section in order to ease communication between our development team and You, RIFF Box users who work in forensics area.
Please follow these rules when discussing RIFF Box features and anything else related to forensics with RIFF Box:
- DO NOT post any actual case specifics of ongoing investigation, besides device brand and model.
(For example "This device is evidence in Florida Man
murder investigation")
- DO NOT upload device housing photos or flash memory content, or anything else which can reveal identity of device.
- When asking for help or advice, be precise and responsive.
(For example "I have Samsung i9505 with damaged power part, how can I read it's memory?)
- When You have problems with using RIFF Box software, include error log with other details.
