Hi guys, just had a new alternator fitted and need my radio code for a 55 plate mondeo.

Radio serial is M080542. Popped into fords but they want £20 to do this....

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Hi All,

I disconnected my battery in my Focus and now the stereo is asking for a code. Unfortunately the car didn't come with the code when I bought it 3 years ago. Can anyone help please? My serial number is M334210.

Code needed 5000 and 6000 stereo

Hi All,

I buy Ford Focus whit casette steroe code but we did not get a vehicle. I disconnected my battery in my Focus and now the stereo is asking for a code. So I bought another radio on CD (code was included) but unfortunately when moving the code card is lost. The car was in the workshop where it was disconnected from the battery and stereo again asks for code.
