you know how can read MC68HC11KA4 ?, i found in Link the similar code MC3416 9.18429-8252 and in description there is 24l08 smd and TDA7381.

Yes ... need read 24C08, try to find eeprom near the CPU ..
Pins 1234 eeprom to ground ..
