what do I do?

Make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.

If it is correct then it looks as though your radio has been recoded to another number.

If so then it will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

There are no free answers on the Internet
