I have just changed the clutch in the wifes astra and now the radio is displaying SAFE as the battery has been removed so looks like i need some help with the code please

I tried to start a new post but dont know how to, not sure if this is the correct section i should be asking in

My radio is Delco CDR500(E) Serial no. GM150010361619
