LOCKED13 means that 13 or more wrong codes have been entered previously and now your radio is locked.

There is no free method to reset it as it will have to be taken into the Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service.

Perhaps cheaper to buy a replacement radio with a working code

Hi i've just bought a 2004 Mondeo with a 6000CD installed I've checked the radio manual found no code unfortunately, the person i bought it off doesn't have it either
