The number on the top of the unit is 96 251 33480 and the number along the side is 7 648 145392

I have the "Radio Locked" message on the screen. Can I have the code please?

post the 14 character Serial Number found stamped in the metal casing.

Thanks a lot the code worked and now the radio is unlocked. But there is no sound! Everything is connected up properly because i hear a faint pop from the speakers when i turn on/off the radio! The headunit could be broken. GRR!!! I went to so much trouble getting a new display unit, now it looks like i might have to replace the headunit now!!

If you turn the volume up and you can hear loud hissing then the problem is usually the aerial (not plugged in properly) or a fault within the radio.

If there is no loud hissing then check to make sure the speakers are connected properly.


Try testing it on the workbench with a spare battery and speaker.(and aerial )
