Hello I wonder if someone can help me out?
Had a battery problem with my new (well..1997 new) Peugeot 106 so I need a code for the radio!

Numbers on the back of the stereo are:
96233537 zl. 0069952. Model PU - 9971 A. CL 0267V0069952.

I'm a massive noob at everything including cars so if any more info is needed I can give it.

Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code that can be calculated (using a serial number ) anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C 7000000 + + + + on a separate label somewhere on the metal casing.
(Note ...not beginning with CL.)

If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio.

Ah ok then thanks for the info. I can't find a serial number. There's a barcode but no number to go with it and I posted all the other numbers on the label. Thanks anyway!

I think Code 2 6 4 6 is better
