I need help too. Bought a VY SS in March and the code that written in the owners manual doesn't work.
Not sure what numbers you need so i'll give you everything i can see on the unit.

Do you have the working code? If so please quote it.

If not then the correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

First remove the radio from the dashboard.

Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes and a 14 character Serial Number stamped in the metal casing.

Also quote the make of car

This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated

can any one please help i have a renault kangoo 04 the radio will not except code paid £10 for code 9407 the radio as no display just 6 buttons and eject button model number is 22dc279/62 tq 545 rn 279f30259317 prod number 0703450259317 one last number not sure what it is 7700433948tq545 if any one can help that would be great thanks

9407 is the correct code

Make sure you press the final button that stores the code ( ¬ or 6 or 5 ) for at least 10 seconds
