Radio code needed for a renault laguna

Hi all,

The same problem as all the others, I'm afraid.

The wife's '04 Megane needed some work doing and the garage disconnected the battery.

We have a folder from the original garage that sold the car and that has what looks like a 4 digit code on a sticker on it - we have tried that code but now the CD player shows ERROR then after a while CODE then 0000 so I guess that is not it or the CD player in it now is not the original that came with the car.

Here are all the details I could find on it -

I was trying to remove the radio in the way like you said with four metal sticks but there is no resistance at all. I think that somebody before me push the radio inside with to much power and broke something. It stack competly. I was trying and I almost break the panel, and the radio didn`t move at all.
