Thanks for helping -I have done exactly what you said & when I keep no. 6 pressed to accept code, it just beeps , goes into error & starts timing down from 99 before it lets me have another go - regards Alfmx

Leave the radio SWITCHED ON ...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset This can take as long as an hour or even longer

Code Entry as Follows:

Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" CODE " Then " 0000 "
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press and hold preset " 6 " To Enter

(Note :Some radios use Preset Button 5 to store the code )

Make sure you press the final button that stores the code (¬ or 6 or 5 ) for at least 10 seconds

The first time that I used the code, the display of the car shows "OTHERS", so I thought that the code was for anOTHER radio model. I switch the radio off and on again, and nothing changed.
When I read your post, I re-entered the code. When it shows "Others", i turned the wheel and it shows AMERICA, ARABIA, ASIA. So I thought the radio was asking from me to choose the region. I pressed ¬ again 2 or 3 times, entering the information that the radio requested. After the last press of ¬, the radio started to work normally.

I tryed code that is on the CD (2607) but that code is not good.

Sorry.......this is insufficient information

The radio has to be removed from the dashboard

Then quote the 14 character SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
RN* * * * * * * * * * * * found stamped in the metal casing.

Also quote the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

If in doubt post ALL the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes
