Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
C 7000000 + + + + on a separate label somewhere on the metal casing. (Note ...not beginning with CL.)

If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio

Replaced my battery today, and the radio is displaying ---- after I tried a few codes that didn't work. Seems the software I used required BPxxxxXxxxxxxx

Please note that code entry is only possible when the display shows "CODE". If the stereo is codelocked, leave it switched on for up to two hours and a further attempt at code entry should be possible.

Thanks hay88 - I can't try it yet because i'm back to "----" I think i've learned from the threads that I need to keep my ignition on for a couple of hours to get back to "CODE". I saw thnere was a quicker way, holding down the band button or the squiggly line but i have neither.

I will try the code as soon as possible and let you know.

Good afternoon.

I appear to have the same issue as others. I changed the battery in my 306 Sedan, and now i'm stuck at "Code"... The dealer's don't seem to want to help, and i'm now completely stuffed.

The Radio's been re-set, and is ready for the code, but I have no other options but to post and see if anyone here can help... Thanks in advance!!

Car Model - Peugeot 306 Sedan.

Radio Model - Blaupunkt PF3(c)

Serial - BP2 774R286 9463

Other Number - 7642774392.
