Philips car400 code needed

can you help me,pls?
I replaced batery in my Opel Astra G and now I don't have code for my Philips Car 400...
My serial no is: GM 90 506 173
There are two numbers more, but I don't know what they are means.
1 614 438 PHILIPS (at the top) and
PA6 - GF15 (on the right side).

Anyone knows the unlock code?

Sorry....will only be available from the Main Dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

Some more info, according to the manual I have:
Security Code: 1048 (doesn't work!)
Key No. S1519
Radio Type/Code CAR 400 /3209
SN: W2179924
