you need to remove radio. they are too small holes each side of the radio. put a very small screwdriver into the hole and push outwards sideways and carefully pull the radio forward.
you can use long nails,abit of a coat hanger.

Just turn your ignition key on, power up the radio, and leave without touching any buttons,
and it will reset showing "0000" allowing the code to be entered.
