Unlock code for my wifes clio

Good morning, I am trying to locate the unluck code for my wifes clio 1.2 grande

I changed the battery over the christmas period and locked the stereo

I've taken out the head unit and these are the numbers that I can see, sorry but I dont know which are relevant

(also I find it difficult to distinguish between an Oh and a zero) if you what I mean

I have just bought a stereo from an 04 Megane to replace the one that has been playing up on my girlfriends 06 Clio, the details on the back are:

Model number: 22DC278/62B

Z195 Security: RN278F40877774

Prod number: FD0804250877774

Then another couple of barcodes with: 8200057681TZ195

8200 057 681 --D

Can anyone help me with the unlock code?
