I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but after I put in the code what do I need to press? I put in the code and whenever I press one of the buttons it beeps. It doesn't seem to unlock. I turn it off with the correct code in and turning it back on again it shows 'code' on the radio screen. Is there something else I need to do?

Also post the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

If in doubt post ALL the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes

Press ¬ on the steering remote (...or Button 6 or Button 5 if using buttons on the radio) ...for at least 10 seconds to store the code

where do you get the serial no for your radio, it is not in my manual

First remove the radio from the dashboard.

Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes or stamped in the metal casing.

This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated
