Thanks for that, however I can't seem to get the code to go in, it just displays "code" and does not go into the "0000" mode any ideas? When I first tried it I did not know how to change the numbers and entered in all the zero's could this have locked the stereo?

My one was the same trying to enter it from the remote. Turns out I had to do it from the head unit.

I pressed 5 then 0000 showed (after driving an hour and a half to see if it had timelocked)

Then press 1 for digit one 2 for digit 2 3 for digit 3 4 for digit 4 then press and HOLD the bottom button on the remote till it beeps and saves the code.
