I have my code for my radio, but I am not able to enter it as the screen is stuck on CODE ERROR
That is all that it says, I have never had this can anyone help please as driving me nuts

It says CODE ERROR because wrong codes have been entered previously so make sure you have the correct code..

The usual reset procedure is to leavethe radio switched on ( without any interruption) until the display resets itself.

This can take an hour or much longer

Been trying to do this, but the whole unit goes off after a few minutes and also keeps draining the battery.

I do have the right code, and I have never had a chance to enter the code. no incorrect codes have ever been entered
