I'm Alex. I'm fairly new to Riff and Jtag. I had my riff box working with my computer but something has happened and now I get a message about RIFF Box Firmware Version: RECOVERY (RIFFBOX2) and the firmware updates fail when I try to do them. Could some kind soul please direct me to the proper location for support? I've tried searching for the answer but can't seem to find a solution that applies to me.
