I downloaded the new version of the JTAG Manager for RIFF (version 1.71), but when I try to install it I get an error of "Setup Error! -f".

I have the MSVCR100.dll file in Windows/System32 and Windows/system already.

Also, I have the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) and (x64) installed. Each is version 10.0.40219.

Any idea as to why I cannot installed the latest version of the JTAG Manager?
