    Hello Legija would like to inform you that I have problems with my box when updating the firmware downloads when this happens is frozen and the other thing that happens to me is that I do not get the activation server mail turbo support I get user data I do not exist I have the black box of riff please any help you can give me would you be very kind.

    Please install RIFF to new, empty directory.

    Start the software and wait for it to finish hashing.

    Then copy DLL files in groups by 10 to "Resurrectors" directory.


    There is reason why I told You to do this. Hashing process is CPU intensive, and having some file with problem can cause JTAG Manager to enter some loop and never finish the task.
    By adding DLL files in groups of 10, You can at least narrow the problem and find what causes it.


    So - download RIFFSetup.exe start it, and select NEW empty directory.
    When setup is finished, manually open that directory and start JTAGManager.exe .
    It must start ok at this point.
    Then, close it - add 10 DLL files, start, wait for hash to finish and it should connect server at this point.

      Hello friend thousand apologies ... I have problems with my box riff ... she since I update to the new files I is frozen and hence not going while descargaba files support left a message "out of memory" I have desintalado software several times change of operating system to Windows 10 had Windows 8.1 and the problem continues ... by favor I recommended do? include that recently deciduous the credits ... has something to do this? ... thank you very much for your kind attentionFB_IMG_1525866143937.jpgFB_IMG_1525866136020.jpg

                  I have 8 gigs of ram memory with I5 core processor ... what if we coordinate a session by teamviewer for later friend so you can see better the error I have.

                    Do You have antivirus installed ? In that case - add RIFF directory to exclusion list.

                      delete the antivirus and in windows 10 I'm using windows defender and if I exclude it too ... I think it was a memory problem but in the box

                        You probably have some alien files in current RIFF dir and software crash on hashing.
