Bipper radio code

Hi,
My Bipper van radio as suddenly asked for a code. Not sure why as the battery as never been flat or disconnected, in fact i have had the radio out 18 months ago to fit a Parrot bluetooth kit and a code wasn't requested then! The radio is a Blaupunkt and as the following stickers on it:
BP7647301316
Fiat 7354703290
815 BP730187706585
S/W version 12.11

Can any kind soul out there help me with the correct code?
