Ford Focus 2008 Blaupunkt Radio code required

We had to disconnect the battery to our 2008 ford focus and have now lost the radio functionality for the car and require the code which was not supplied. The radio has sat nav on it, Can you help?

Serial numbers below that are written on the side of the radio - presume it is the top one you require?
